Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the TVHub mobile applications, website, and related services (“TVHub”). By creating an account or using TVHub, you agree to these Terms.
1. Using TVHub
You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and be legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for activity under your account. TVHub is a social discovery and tracking platform; it does not provide or sell movies, television programs, or streaming subscriptions.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of reviews, posts, images, lists, profile information, and other content you submit. You give TVHub a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote TVHub. You may remove your content, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention periods.
3. Community rules
You may not use TVHub to:
- harass, threaten, impersonate, or exploit another person;
- post unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or intentionally harmful content;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- spam, manipulate engagement, scrape the service, or interfere with its security;
- upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
We may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, TVHub, or third parties.
4. Third-party services
TVHub may display information, artwork, links, and integrations supplied by third parties. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. Availability, accuracy, and streaming options may change without notice.
5. Intellectual property
TVHub’s software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by TVHub or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except where applicable law permits it.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, add, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep TVHub reliable, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.
7. Account suspension or deletion
You may request account deletion from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to other users. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as TVHub evolves. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when changes materially affect your rights. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
